App has poor support and doesn't work well if you use google play ordering. I had numerous emails to the support team back in 2016. They could not remedy the dysfunction, so i believed i canceled the subscription. Recently i see i have been being charged for subscriptions since then. App won't restore or recognize your google play subscription. Great app if you want to throw your money away!! Overland journal shame be upon you, you are thieves and liars. Stick with print magazine, your digital app is a scam
I had very annoying trouble getting this app as it had a problem on the backend. I must say that the app providers were ultimately helpful and I am now able to access the magazine. I have been a magazine subscriber before I have the convenience of OJ in digital format. Upgrading my previous rating to reflect the quality of service received.
App is really buggy but the support is good had troubles when i first subscribed but was handled quickly. I kight switch back to hard copy when subscription is up unless the app improves.
Love the paper mag but i want to go digital. This is unfortunately a very poor app. I installed, paid 25 for the subscription, started downloading the 2017 gear guide and the app crashed. Tried a few more times and it kept crashing. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it now thinks I haven't bought a subscription. I click to buy subscription and Google says I'm already subscribed. Now no option to download and access content. Also doesn't sync subscription across other devices. Tried on my tablet and no way to sync subscription (acts like I haven't subscribed.), and crashes on that device as well. Please cancel and refund my subscription. Pretty frustrated.
